Although the pandemic is not completely over yet and despite an ongoing war in Europe that creates and intensifies tragedies in many people's lives, the Spring and Nature's rebirth are underway and only that gives hope.
Working as International Coordinator at the Swedish Agency for Work Environment Expertise (SAWEE) my intention this upcoming year is to strengthen existing networks as well as building new ones to create more international collaboration possibilities.
During the current pandemic, we have implemented several projects to identify challenges and possibilities that teleworking and working from home brought with themselves into the Swedish working life and work environment, as well as how the companies reacted in response to these challenges and opportunities.
One of our overall tasks is to communicate the latest work environment research so that it can become useful in practical work-life.
If the planning goes ahead, we will release eight reports. We hope that the reports we publish will be translated into English.
