We take it for granted that the working environment at Swedish workplaces must continue to be safe, promote participation, and encourage personal responsibility and learning. With this rapid development, the demands on employers’ work environment management are also increasing.
The report “Factors contributing to developed work environment management practices in the Swedish business sector” highlights the importance of company size and work organisation for work environment management. This report is based on data from a survey conducted by the Agency in 2019–2020, focusing on the correlation between work environment management and several factors, such as company size and work organisation within the Swedish business sector.
Investing in structures for collective learning contributes not only to the development of work environment management but also to the growth of employees and the organisation. The more learning that takes place, the more advanced the work environment management becomes, with each additional activity making a difference.
