The occupational health services’ competence supply

Thanks to their role as an independent and coherent expert resource, occupational health services are uniquely positioned to discern the links between employee health and the work environment at the organisation, group, and individual levels. This requires solid and broad expertise in areas such as organisation and leadership, behavioural sciences, ergonomics, medicine, and rehabilitation. 

The task

To ensure the availability of occupational healthcare, the government has tasked us with compiling documentation about and analysing the need for relevant training among various occupational groups in the occupational health services.

How we approach the task
